Korean Beef is a super simple recipe. I have even made the sauce in the morning and placed it in the fridge in the sauce pan. Then, came home and boiled it while I was cooking the ground beef and rice. Super easy and super quick.
I am including a link to my very favorite way to cook rice. Baked Rice is the easiest way for me to cook rice. It always turns out nice and fluffy. I am not very good at boiling rice. It always sticks to the bottom and I can’t get it to be as fluffy. I also like to cook rice in the Instant Pot, but Baked Rice is my favorite way!!
This is a spicy dish. We love the heat. But, If you have little kids that do not like a lot of heat in their food, just cut back on the red pepper flakes. This will cut down on the heat.
Writing this post and looking at these pictures makes me want to go make this right now. It really is a delicious dish. We would love to hear how much you like it. Please share.
