I made these Traeger Sāmores Brownies in two foil 8Ć8 pans but if you have a 9Ć13 foil pan that would work too. You may have to cook them for longer to make sure the middle is cooked thoroughly. You can also cook these in a glass pan, but the smoke from the Traeger will turn the pan dark and make it very hard to clean. I would highly recommend using disposable foil pans when cooking anything on the Traeger. You can also make these in the oven, if desired-see cookās note below.
Ingredients Needed for Traeger Sāmores Brownies:
Fudge brownie mix plus ingredients stated on the box-oil, eggs and water
Graham crackers
Dark chocolate
Miniature marshmallows
How to Make Traeger Sāmores Brownies:
To make these Traeger Sāmores Brownies, you will start out by prepping your Traeger smoker. We used hickory pellets in ours to cook these brownies. If you wanted to try another kind of pellet, alder, cherry or maple would taste great too. Turn the temperature to 350 degrees and let it preheat for 5-10 minutes.
Next, start making the brownies according to the package and pour the mixture between two greased 8Ć8 pans. Cook those for 15-20 minutes or until the middle is done.
Top the brownies with broken graham crackers, marshmallows and chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips. Return the brownies to the smoker and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate starts to get melty.
Let cool and enjoy! Store any left extras in an airtight container on the counter or in the pantry.

Cookās Note:
These delicious Sāmores Brownies can be made in the oven. Just bake the brownies as the boxed fudge brownies states. Remove from the oven and top with broken graham crackers, chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips, and miniature marshmallows. Place back in the oven on low broil and broil just long enough for the chocolate to melt and the marshmallows to become toasty brown. If there are leftovers, store in an airtight container on the counter.
