Sometimes I just need a quick and easy dessert. This recipe works so great for that! It makes 12 cookie bites. Perfect for a quick dessert for movie night or just a dessert after dinner. This recipe requires very few ingredients and comes together quickly. We love easy recipes, recipes with few ingredients, difficult recipes, recipes with lots of ingredients-pretty much all recipes. Food and recipes are a favorite!
Ingredients Needed:
German Chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Container of Coconut Pecan Frosting
How To Make German Chocolate Cookie Bites:
This is so easy:
Mix cake mix with eggs and oil together well.
Place in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and roll into 12 balls.
Place cookie balls in greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
Remove from oven and press the middle in while still in the cupcake pan-I used the bottom of my miniature liquid measuring cup that is the size of a shot glass.
Allow to cool a bit and then fill the middle of the cups with frosting. I piped the frosting in but, you can use a spoon, if desired.

I just made these cookies and they are delicious! I did add a few things too. I added 1 cup of milk chocolate chips and added more pecans to the frosting. I didn’t do them in a muffin pan either. Just rolled them in balls and then pushed the middles in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
