Ingredients Needed for Garlic Monkey Bread:
Pillsbury refrigerator biscuits-either the buttermilk biscuits 10 count or the Grands 8 count
Chef Shamy Garlic Butter
Instructions for Garlic Monkey Bread:
To make these: just cut each biscuit up into four pieces for the 10 count package or 6 pieces for the 8 count Grands package.
Then, melt the butter and toss the biscuit pieces in the butter until they are evenly coated.
Next you’ll evenly distribute the biscuit pieces into six greased muffin tin cups for the 10 count package and 9 for the Grands.
Bake them at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
If you wanted to make a full pan of these, you can easily double it! You will need two cans of the 10 count biscuits and double the garlic butter.
I love how fun and different these are than normal rolls or biscuits. Kids will especially love pulling their little Garlic Monkey Bread rolls apart. If you need a main dish to serve with these, they would be a great side to our Italian Chicken and Pasta recipe.
