Bacon Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps are fun to make and even more fun to eat. They taste delicious and are easy to make. We hope you enjoy this recipe!
We like wrapping food in lettuce to cut out on some carbs, sometimes. I do love bread but I also like everything I have ever eaten that was wrapped in a lettuce leaf-it also fun and different.
This fry sauce recipe is fantastic. We love to eat this not only on fries but on hamburgers, too. I haven’t tried it on a brat or a hot dog (yet) but, I’m sure I will like that too!
We use Lawry’s Seasoning salt in this recipe, when we grill burgers and sometimes even chicken, it is delicious!
One of my favorite tools I used for this recipe it my Pampered Chef Chopper. It makes cutting onion so much easier, faster, and leaves me with less make-up running down my face from tears. I don’t know if onion makes everyone cry-but it makes me cry!!
This is very easy to make. Prepping the vegetables takes the most time but, that isn’t really time consuming either. So, Prep your cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and onion. Then, crumble cook your ground beef with the onion and pieces of bacon. When your beef is cooked, drain most of the fat. Add the Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and stir to distribute seasoning. Next, take a leaf of lettuce and fill it with the meat mixture. Add the grated cheese quickly so it will begin to melt. Top your Bacon Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps (you’ll want more than one) with your desired toppings. Avocado would be delicious on this lettuce wrap too! My husband loves onion so much, he likes extra raw red onion on the top of his lettuce wrap, too.
