Ingredients Needed for Simple Pork Chops With Gravy:

  • 1- 1 1/4 pounds pork chops (about 4)
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans beef broth
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • Dried parsley, to garnish

How to Make Simple Pork Chops With Gravy:

  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place cream of chicken soup, beef broth, ranch mix, brown gravy mix, garlic powder and black pepper into the slow cooker and mix well.
  3. Add pork chops to the slow cooker. 
  4. Cover with the lid and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. I always prefer longer for more tender pork chops. 
  5. Remove the pork chops from the gravy. 
  6. Put pork chops back in and serve over mashed potatoes, if desired.
  7. Enjoy!
