I really love how easy and last minute I can put this Spicy Sesame Ramen dinner together. All of the ingredients are staples in my kitchen which makes this dinner even more convenient.
Ingredients:
2 pkg. ramen noodles (seasoning packet discarded)
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tsp. sriracha
2 tsp. brown sugar
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Add sesame oil and garlic to a sauce pan on medium low heat. Cook until garlic is fragrant. Add in the soy sauce, chili sauce, sriracha and brown sugar.
Toss the noodles in the spicy sesame sauce.
