Ingredients Needed For Blackberry Jell-O Salad:
- 3 ounce box tapioca pudding, cook and serve
- 3 once box vanilla pudding, cook and serve
- 3 ounce box blackberry Jell-O gelatin (or black cherry if you can’t find blackberry)
- 3 cups water
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
Instructions For Blackberry Jell-O Salad:
- Pour water, contents of the three boxes-tapioca pudding, vanilla pudding and blackberry Jell-O gelatin into a medium sized sauce pan.
- Stir and bring to a boil.
- Remove from the heat when ingredients have dissolved. Allow time to cool, at least five minutes.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set-about 6 hours. Make the night before, if possible.
- When Jell-O mixture has set, stir to break up the mixture-not too much or your salad will be too thin.
- Place mixture into a large serving bowl.
- Fold in Cool Whip and then carefully fold in the fresh blackberries.
- Refrigerate to chill, until ready to serve. Enjoy!
