Ingredients Needed for Creme Filled Brownie Cookies (Copycat Oreos):
I brownie mix (it’s important that you use Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownies extra thick and fudgy)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
8 ounce Cool Whip brand whipped topping
7 ounces container Marshmallow Creme
Instructions for Creme Filled Brownie Cookies (Copycat Oreos):
Mix Duncan Hines chewy fudge brownie mix with the eggs and the oil. Stir until ingredients are combined.
Roll brownie batter into 24-26 balls and place on cookie sheets covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 13 minutes. Do not over bake or the cookies will be crunchy. You want them to be soft-well, I like mine to be soft. Remember, ovens vary. Watch the cookies.
While brownie cookies bake, combine Cool Whip with Marshmallow Creme with an electric mixer, until well combined (peaks should form) and then refrigerate.
When brownie cookies have baked and cooled, spread or pipe Marshmallow Creme mixture on the bottom of a cookie and top with another cookie, repeat with all of the cookies. Refrigerate until about ten to fifteen minutes before you are ready to serve these delicious cookies.
