This Blueberry Crumble Cake is the easiest! I love how it is made from a muffin mix but the streusel on top takes it to another level. You could even pass it off as made from scratch..
Ingredients:
2 6.5 oz. Betty Crocker Blueberry Muffin Mixes
1 c. milk
Streusel:
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbl. brown sugar
4 Tbl. butter, melted
Directions:
Combine muffin mix and milk and pour into a greased 8×8 pan. To make the streusel, combine all ingredients and blend with a fork until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the muffin mixture.
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
