Sausage Gravy and biscuits are the ultimate comfort food. This gravy is flavorful and spicy. The Half and Half and milk make it so creamy. It’s delicious!
This is the best sausage gravy. My husband especially loves it-it is pretty spicy (which is why it’s his favorite). You can definitely cut back on the spices. If you like some heat but, not a lot, cut the cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and the pepper in half. If you like extra heat, use a pound of Jimmy Dean’s spicy sausage.
This recipe is so quick to make. If you are amazing and are making your own biscuits, it will take a while longer. Homemade biscuits are so good! Usually, I will bake 2 tubes of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits. They are really good and flaky. Not to mention-easy. We hope you enjoy this recipe and your day! 😁
