Slow Cooker Apple Crisp is a super easy dessert that is warm and gooey with a great fall flavor. It is extra yummy with vanilla ice cream. It is very quick to put together and only cooks for about 2 hours.

Ingredients Needed for Slow Cooker Apple Crisp:
16 to 20 ounces apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 15.25 ounce Butter Cake Mix (or a yellow cake mix will work)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick of butter which is-1/2 cup butter, slightly melted in the microwave
1/2 cup oatmeal
Instructions for Slow Cooker Apple Crisp:
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
In the bottom of the slow cooker, place peeled and sliced apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the apples and stir to combine.
In a bowl, combine cake mix, brown sugar, butter and oatmeal.
Put cake mix mixture on top of the apple mixture in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 2- 2 1/4 hours. Watch it near the end so it doesn’t burn.
Serve warm and top it with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream or some whipping cream. It’s delicious!!

Ingredients
- 16-20 ounces apples peeled and sliced

- 1 tsp cinnamon

Cook on low for 2 to 2 1/4 hours-until golden brown. Watch the dessert near the end of the cooking time so it doesn't burn.
