Have you tried the frozen raspberries dipped in white and dark chocolate from Tru Fru-they are perfect. I tried to get the flavor blend with these white chocolate raspberry brownies. We hope you love them.
Tru Fru Frozen Raspberries are so delicious! After I tried them, I wanted to make a dessert that had those flavors. This is what I came up with-we all really loved the flavor combination-yum! We hope you love them. too.
Ingredients Needed for White Chocolate Raspberry Brownies:
1 brownie mix-plus ingredients needed from the back of the box.
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1 21 ounce can Raspberry pie filing
Instructions:
Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs together-make according to your brownie box instructions.
Remove 3/4 cup brownie mix and set aside.
Add white chocolate chips to the larger amount of brownie mix and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Top brownie with raspberry pie filling.
Drop spoonfuls of the 3/4 cup brownie mix on top of raspberry pie filling with a spoon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Let cool and serve. Enjoy!!
Cooks note: if I am NOT taking this to a dinner or party, I like it to be a bit more doughy, gooey, and warm-yum!!! I will cook it for less time and just spoon it out into a bowl-Netflix and a gooey brownie, my kind of night!
