These Mini Peanut Butter Cookies are so amazing! It’s a classic peanut butter cookie recipe but they are bite sized so they are even better! I love to make these all the time and my family loves them too.
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, egg, and milk in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer. Blend well.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and then slowly add in to wet mixture. Mix well.
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Roll together small balls of dough and place on cookie sheet. I fit 24 cookies on one pan at a time. Using a fork, criss cross the cookies on the top.
Bake at 375 for 6-7 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the tops of the cookies with a little bit of sugar. Let the cookies cool on the pan for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack and repeat until all the dough is used.
Enjoy!
