Here is another one pan dinner you are going to love! They really just make weeknights (or any night) that much easier! This One Pan Turkey and Rice Skillet is really really easy to make and I love that it uses turkey as a healthier option. I hope you and your family enjoy it!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 diced jalapeños
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 cup water
3 cups cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Salt
Cilantro to garnish
Directions:
In a skillet on medium high heat. Add the onion, jalapeños, garlic and turkey and cook until meat is cooked through. Add chicken broth and rice and bring to boil. Mix in cream of mushroom soup and cheese. Top with cilantro and tortilla chips.
