Ingredients Needed for Sautéed Garden Vegetables:
Yellow squash or yellow zucchini, sliced
Zucchini squash, sliced
Red onion, sliced
Garlic, minced
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Instructions for Sautéed Garden Vegetables:
Wash, dry and slice yellow squash or yellow zucchini squash and green zucchini squash.
Slice the red onion and then cut the slices in half.
Place the vegetables in a deep sauté pan.
Add minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top.
Sauté until vegetables are tender crisp, about 10 minutes (or desired tenderness).
Serve with a slotted spoon to lift vegetables from the fluid left from cooking.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

- 1 medium yellow squash or yellow zucchini sliced
- 1 medium zucchini sliced
- 1 small red onion sliced and cut in half
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

Place sliced yellow squash (or yellow zucchini), sliced zucchini, sliced onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper into a deep sauté pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the top.
