Now I know what you must be thinking… “No chocolate chips??!” But just trust me on this one, no chocolate chip cookies are just as good (and in my opinion, they are even better) than chocolate chip cookies! With my love for no chocolate chip cookies came this No Chocolate Chip Cookie Sheet Pan.
I love that I don’t have to try to make these look pretty, you literally glob them on the pan in whatever order you want and then they cut apart from each other when you’re done! It’s fantastic. I hope you love these as much as I do!
Ingredients Needed for No Chocolate Chip Cookie Sheet Pan:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Instructions:
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla. Mix. Now add the eggs one at a time. Slowly mix in the flour mixture.
Spray a jelly roll pan with non stick cooking spray. Arrange the dough evenly on the pan in big globs. *It doesn’t need to look pretty, they will smooth out in the oven. Here’s proof 😊.
Bake for 11-16 minutes at 350 degrees. *You want them a little doughy so I start watching them around 11 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
