Ingredients Needed for Italian Tomato Mushroom Pizza:
Crescent roll dough
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Instructions for Italian Tomato Mushroom Pizza:
Remove crescent rolls from the tube and spread the crescent roll dough onto a lightly greased pizza stone.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning on crescent roll dough.
Slice the tomatoes very thin-I use a mandoline food slicer. Then, place sliced tomatoes on a paper towel to soak up some of the tomato juice.
Slice the mushrooms very thin, using the mandoline food slicer.
Then, distribute the tomatoes and then the mushroom slices on top of the pizza.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of all of the ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes-until crescent roll dough is baked and golden brown.
Cut and enjoy while it is still warm!

Ingredients
- 8 ounce tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced very thin
- 2-3 large mushrooms sliced very thin
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Kraft or freshly grated
Instructions

LIghtly grease baking stone and press the 8 crescent rolls into a large circle.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the crescent rolls.

Slice the tomatoes and mushrooms very thin-I use a mandoline slicer.

Lay tomato slices on a paper towel while you slice the mushrooms. (to absorb some of the juices)

Lay tomato slices on top of the crescent rolls in a single layer.

Lay mushroom slices on top of the pizza.

Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes-until crescent roll is golden brown. Enjoy!
