Ingredients Needed for Citrus Apple Coleslaw:
Bag classic coleslaw with carrots
Granny Smith apple
Fuji apple
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Vinegar
Lime juice
Lemon juice
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
Instructions for Citrus Apple Coleslaw:
Julienne cut or chop the apples and allow them to rest on paper towel to absorb some of the juices.
In a medium salad bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and Lawry’s Seasoning Salt with a whisk until smooth and creamy.
Place the coleslaw mix and the apple pieces into the bowl with the dressing and mix well. Refrigerate to chill. Can serve immediately. The juices from the apples make the dressing thin out so, do not make this salad very much ahead of time. It is best shortly after making it.
