Ingredients Needed For Breakfast Crunchwrap:
Flour tortillas, burrito size
Flour tortillas, fajita size
Tostadas
Eggs
Kirkland Bacon Crumbles or your favorite bacon
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 15 ounce can Rico’s Nacho Cheese Sauce, warmed in the microwave
Salsa
Salt
Pepper
Instructions For Breakfast Crunchwrap:
1. Making more than one Breakfast Crunchwrap-Beat desired number of eggs and add a little salt and pepper. Pour eggs in a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook them in a sheet of egg-not scrambled. Divide egg into pieces. If you can cook them into a flat circle-make the circle the same size or a bit smaller than the tostada.
2. Heat the Rico’s Nacho Cheese Sauce in a microwave safe bowl, in the microwave. (this step is optional as long as you cook the Crunchwrap long enough to heat all the way through the Crunchwrap)
3. Place a burrito sized tortilla on a plate. Lay a piece of egg on the tortilla, sprinkle bacon crumbles on top of the egg and then top that with grated cheese.
4. Place a tostada on top of the grated cheese and top that with the warm nacho cheese sauce and some salsa.
5. Place a fajita sized flour tortilla on top of the salsa and fold in the sides, carefully.
6. Lay the folded side of the tortilla down in a greased frying pan or large electric frying pan (I like to use a large electric frying pan to control the heat better and I can cook more than one at a time). Brown on each side to heat through and seal the folded edges shut.
Serve and enjoy with extra salsa or hot sauce if desired!! Serve with some fresh fruit, too.
