My family loves loves loves this Easiest EVER Chocolate Pie! This is one of those desserts that I have no problem making as much as they request it because it is so fast and so easy!
Ingredients:
2 3.9oz Instant Jello Chocolate Pudding
Graham Cracker Crust:
1 package graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Crush graham crackers. I use a Ninja Blender which I love. I place the crackers in the single serve container and blend. The cracker crumbs are so smooth.
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and the sugar. Then, add the melted butter. Mix well. Press graham cracker mixture in pie pan. Place crust in refrigerator to set up.
After crust is set, make the filling.
Make instant jello pudding according to package directions. Pour pudding into pie pan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and cool in the fridge for 4-6 hours until set.
Top with cool whip and enjoy!
