Sausage Tater-Tot Breakfast Casserole


This quick sausage tater-tot breakfast casserole isn’t just good for breakfast. I made this for dinner. We love breakfast for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients:

1 pound sausage

1 small onion, diced

10 eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 bag tater tots to line bottom of baking dish

2 1/2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Cook sausage and onion in a frying pan, set aside.

2. Beat eggs and milk together with a whisk. Stir in garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper.

3. Place sausage and onion in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

4. Pour egg mixture over sausage.

5. Lay tater tots on top of egg mixture and bake uncovered at 400 for 32 minutes.

5. Then, remove from oven and top with grated cheese. Place back in the oven just to melt cheese for 2-3 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
