Ingredients for Sweet Blackberry Crisp:

Topping:
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, cold

Fruit:
36 oz. blackberries
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbl. vanilla

Instructions for Sweet Blackberry Crisp:

Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in small cubes of the cold butter. Mix together the sugar, flour and vanilla and then toss in the blackberries.

Spray a 9×13 with non stick spray. **I really really love the stoneware 9×13 pan from The Pampered Chef. That is the pan I use for this because it bakes so evenly.** Evenly spread the berries on the bottom of the pan. Evenly sprinkle the topping mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
