Ramen Noodle packages plus the seasoning packets
Water
Broccoli, chopped into small pieces
Frozen peas and carrots, thawed
Shredded rotisserie chicken
Freshly cracked pepper
Soy sauce
Instructions for Chicken Vegetable Ramen:
Bring the water to a boil in a medium sauce pan-big enough to fit all of the ingredients.
When the water is boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
After the two minutes, add the chopped broccoli and the seasoning packets that came in the ramen packages.
Stir to combine and boil for about one more minute.
Add the peas and carrots and the shredded or chopped chicken. Stir to combine and then remove from the heat.
