This Spicy Pesto Casserole is a major keeper recipe! It comes together really quick with MINIMAL dishes. It is packed with flavor and feeds a ton! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
24 oz. bow tie pasta
2 14.5 oz. petite diced tomatoes
7 Tbl. basil pesto
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbl. dried basil
1 Tbl. oregano
2tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
18-20 slices of cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta in salt water according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine everything except for the cheese and mix well.
Drain pasta and add to sauce bowl. Spray a 9×13 pan and pour half of the pasta into the pan. Too with half of the cheese. Pour in remaining pasta and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir to mix cheese in and enjoy!
