Ground Beef Vegetable Soup is a Slow Cooker soup. Just cook the ground beef, and place all of the ingredients in a Slow Cooker for seven to eight hours and you have a delicious dinner.
We love soup and this is a delicious soup recipe. All of us love soup. However, two family members just do not think soup is a full meal. I think, add some bread and it’s a perfect meal.
It’s great to come home from work or from sledding with the family to a meal that is ready to go. Slow Cooker meals are wonderful!

Ingredients Needed for Ground Beef Vegetable Soup:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound carrots, sliced
2 1/2 pounds potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup onion, diced
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon parsley
2 bay leaves
2 cups water
Instructions for Ground Beef Vegetable Soup:
1. Brown the ground beef and Drain the fat.
2. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
