Ingredients Needed for Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies:
Potatoes, washed and cut into bite sized pieces
Baby carrots
Broccoli, washed and cut into bite sized pieces
Red pepper, washed and cut into strips
Summer sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
Basil
Parsley
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
How to Make Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies:
Line two sheet pans with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
On one sheet pan, distribute the chopped potatoes and baby carrots. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
While this is baking, combine the basil, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix.
Remove potatoes and carrots from oven. Put half of the potatoes and carrots on the second sheet pan. Evenly distribute the broccoli, peppers, and sausage between the two pans.
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over one sheet pan and sprinkle it with half of the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat.
Repeat the same steps with the second pan.
Put both pans in the oven for an additional 30 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your desired tenderness.

Ingredients
- 8-10 potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
- 16 ounces baby carrots
- 8 ounces broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large red pepper sliiced into strips
- 1 pound summer sausage sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Line two large sheet pans with foil and generously spray them with non-stick cooking spray.

Place diced potatoes and baby carrots in a single layer onto one of the pans. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

While the potatoes and carrots cook, mix dry seasoning together and set aside.

Remove potatoes and carrots from the oven and place half of them on the other baking sheet.

Evenly distribute the broccoil, peppers, and sausage between the two pans.

Sprinkle one tablespoon of oil over each sheet pan.

Sprinkle the dry seasoning equally over each sheet pan. Toss to coat.

Bake both sheet pans at 400° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are desired tenderness.
