Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Broccoli


I love how easy this Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Broccoli dinner is! I also love how it makes a lot of food and you don’t have to worry about a side vegetable. It is super simple and really delicious.

Ingredients:

4 large chicken breasts

2 lbs. broccoli, washed and cut into bite sized pieces

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

salt and pepper

Directions:

Line two 9×13 pans with foil and spray with cooking spray. Distribute the broccoli evenly between the two pans. Cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces. Mix the butter and garlic together in a bowl. Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Take a handful of the chicken pieces and coat them in the butter. Then coat them in the breadcrumbs. Do this with all of the chicken and distribute it evenly between the two pans so it is mixed in with the broccoli.

Sprinkle the chicken and broccoli with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done and broccoli is tender.
