This sausage biscuit casserole is delicious. We love sausage and breakfast foods. It is quick and easy to put together. We hope you like it.
1 pound sausage
2 7.5 ounce containers biscuits
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook sausage breaking it up into small crumbled pieces.
2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish. Cut biscuits into four pieces each and place in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of the biscuits. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over sausage and biscuits.
4. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, and salt and pepper and pour over sausage mixture.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
