Ingredients Needed for Sausage Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole:
1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls-rolls or sheet will work
1 pound ground sausage
12 large eggs
1 10 ounce can Rotel, drained
1 small onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups Colby Jack cheese
Salsa, if desired
Instructions for Sausage Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crumble cook sausage in a large frying pan with the diced onion. When cooked through, drain the fat and set aside.
Scramble cook the 12 eggs with the drained Rotel and salt and pepper. When cooked through, add one and a half cups grated cheese. Mix to distribute cheese.
Place Pillsbury Crescent Rolls in a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish. Press the seams together and press the dough up the sides a bit.
Sprinkle sausage and onion mixture on top of the crescent roll dough.
Then, sprinkle egg mixture on top of sausage mixture.
Top with one and a half cups of grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
Serve with salsa and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 small onion diced
- 12 large eggs
- 10 ounce can Rotel drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups Colby cheese grated
Instructions

Crumble cook ground sausage and drain. Set aside.

Scramble cook the eggs with the drained Rotel, and salt and pepper. When cooked through, add 1 1/2 cups grated cheese. Mix to distribute and melt cheese.

Lay the crescent roll in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Press seams closed and press the dough up the sides a bit.

Sprinkle sausage on top of the crescent roll dough.

Layer egg mixture on top of the sausage.

Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups grated cheese on top of the egg mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350° for 20-22 minutes.
