Korean Rice Bowls are an easy dinner recipe idea your family will love. This Asian dinner recipe is filled with ground turkey, vegetables and an Asian inspired sauce. There were no leftovers when I made these Korean Rice Bowls! My family loved them! As an added bonus, minimal dishes were dirtied as well! This is a family favorite that makes it into our meal plan rotation really often.
To make this dinner even better, they are so easy to make! Which is one of the reasons why I love it so much. You start out in a skillet pan (this is the one I use) cooking the turkey until no longer pink. Transfer the turkey to a separate bowl. Next, you cook the frozen vegetables in the same skillet in a little bit of oil. While that cooks, you’ll mix the rest of the ingredients together to make the sauce. Then just add the turkey and the sauce mixture back into the skillet, toss it together until everything is well coated and you’re done!
If you have any extra vegetables in the fridge that you need to use or if you just want these rice bowls to be more vegetable heavy, you can chop those up and add them in when you put the stir fry mix into the pan to cook.
