Ingredients Needed For Blueberry Muffins:
1 cup thawed blueberries or fresh blueberries
1 3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions For Blueberry Muffins:
In a medium sized bowl, place flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine.
Add the blueberries and stir to coat.
In a small mixing bowl, add milk, egg and melted butter. Stir to combine.
Combine wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
Grease a muffin pan.
Fill 12 greased muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Do a toothpick test to see that the muffins are baked through.

- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen-thawed
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
