Ingredients Needed for Baked Parmesan Zucchini:
Zucchini
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Dried parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Kraft grated parmesan cheese
Instructions for Baked Parmesan Zucchini:
Wash, dry and cut the ends off of your zucchinis.
Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and then into desired sized wedges.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
Using a basting brush to brush all sides of each spear of zucchini with the olive oil mixture and place wedges on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle each zucchini wedge with the Kraft grated parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until tender crisp.

- 2 pounds zucchini
- 2 ½ tbsps olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp dried parsley
- ⅛ tsp salt

- 3 tbsps Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
