One pan-cheesy sloppy joe pasta is an easy dish that my whole family enjoyed. I love recipes that leave little to clean up!
1 pound ground beef
1 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
I package sloppy joe seasoning (at least 13.25 ounces)
24 ounces tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12-13 ounces whole wheat pasta
1 15 ounce can corn, drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Cook and drain ground beef.
2. Add green pepper, onion, sloppy joe seasoning, tomato sauce, water, garlic powder, and pepper and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to medium, add pasta and cover. Boil for 12 minutes
4. When pasta is tender, add grated cheese and corn. Heat through, serve, and enjoy.
