I am in love with this Garlic Butter Steak recipe! The meat is so tender and and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

4 thin steaks, pounded down to about 1/4 inch
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

In a fry pan on medium heat, melt butter and add garlic and thyme. Swirl around the pan to coat.

Lay your steaks (I did two at a time because of my pan size) in the pan and cook for about 40 seconds. Flip the steaks over and cook for about one minute. It may be longer depending on the thickness.

Once they are cooked to your liking, remove from pan and let them rest for about 5 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

Enjoy!
