This Cookie Dough Dip is so amazing. It tastes so delicious with the brown sugar, vanilla, and mini chocolate chips! You can eat it straight because there is no egg in it. 😍
I always ate cookie dough as a kid. I ate the cake batter off of the beaters, too. It was so fun and so good! For years now, eating raw egg is unadvisable. So, we don’t eat raw cookie dough or uncooked cake batter anymore. This recipe makes me feel a lot better about that. 😍
Knowing that raw egg is not good to ingest……why do I see some athletes and body builders drink raw egg? I couldn’t drink raw egg-but I did like cookie dough as a kid. However, I’ll stick to believing it is not good for us and eat this cookie dough instead.
Ingredients Needed for Cookie Dough Dip:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips
Instructions for Cookie Dough Dip:
In a bowl using an electric mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
Add flour, salt, vanilla, and milk. Mix until creamy.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, Teddy Grahams, or another one of your favorite cookies.
