White Cheese Dip is a yummy and easy dip recipe. The American cheese melts so smoothly. You can spice it up by adding more jalapeños or decrease the spice by adding less cayenne pepper and jalapeños. This is great recipe if you need a last minute side or appetizer.

Ingredients Needed for White Cheese Dip:
1/2 pound white American cheese (12 slices)
4 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1/2-3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4- 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapeños, diced
Instructions for White Cheese Dip:
Melt white American cheese and sharp white cheddar cheese with butter and 1/2 cup milk slowly over low heat, in a sauce pan. You do not want this mixture to simmer or boil.
When mixture has melted and combined, add more milk if you want a thinner dip-by adding a 1-2 tablespoons at a time.
Remove from heat and add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and diced jalapeños. Add 1/4 cup jalapeños for less heat and more jalapeños for more heat. I like 1/3 cup jalapeños.
Serve with tortilla chips.
