This is such an easy and delicious salad. It adds beautiful color to any meal. It looks so beautiful and tastes so good. Nothing is added which makes it healthy. You can, of course, dip your bananas in lemon juice to slow how fast they start going brown. I just like to add the bananas just before we eat. Then, the salad is devoured and I don’t have to worry about the bananas going brown.
I also like this fruit combination for breakfast on a regular day when it is just my family that happens to be home and eating with us. It’s simple to make this smaller. Maybe you want more strawberries than blueberries, or maybe more bananas, make it to your taste. Our family follows these recipe amounts because we feel it is a good blueberry, strawberry, to banana ratio. We hope you love this simple and healthy fruit combination.
