These Delicious Grilled Veggies are a great addition to any meal. They are so colorful, beautiful, and yummy. We love to grill all summer long. Grilling also keeps the oven off and the heat out of my kitchen.

I love the flavor the grill gives vegetables. Check out our Grilled Corn Recipe. It is fun to try grilling different meats and vegetables. The extra flavor grilling gives food is fantastic. Summer is one of my favorite times of the year because of the fresh food and delicious grilling recipes. Eating outside makes me happy too! Enjoy summer’s delicious food and fun!

Ingredients for Delicious Grilled Veggies:

2 red bell peppers, sliced

2 yellow squash, sliced

1 pound asparagus

1/3 cup olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions for Delicious Grilled Veggies:

1. Prepare vegetables and place them in a large bowl.

2. Mix oil, garlic, and pepper.

3. Pour mixture over vegetables and toss to coat.

4. Grill for 20-30 minutes in a grill basket on the top rack of the grill. Turn vegetables as they cook.
