Ingredients For Breakfast Burritos:
This breakfast burrito recipe is very versatile! You can use hash browns, tater rounds or I have even used left over mashed potatoes. Adding veggies is a great idea, too.
20 flour tortillas, taco size
80 tater rounds
1 pound ground breakfast sausage or ground spicy turkey, if you prefer
20 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups grated cheese-can use your favorite-cheddar cheese, pepper jack, Colby jack or Monterey Jack
Plastic wrap-to wrap and freeze burritos
ZipLoc gallon size freezer bags-to store the wrapped burritos in
Other add-ins options for Breakfast Burritos:
Diced green chiles, sliced green onions, crumbled bacon instead of sausage and/or hash browns instead of tater rounds.
Instructions For Breakfast Burritos:
Place tater rounds onto a large greased baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
While the tater rounds finish baking, crumble cook the ground sausage or turkey in a large and deep frying pan. Drain any fat. Then, add eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix to combine and scramble cook.
When eggs are nearly ready, add cheese and stir to distribute and melt the cheese. Set aside.
Remove the tater rounds from the oven when finished.
Lay 20 flour tortillas on the kitchen table and counters, if needed.
Place four tater rounds in the center of each tortilla in a line.
Divide egg and sausage mixture equally between tortillas. Roll and serve or roll and then roll each breakfast burrito in plastic wrap tightly. Place each individually wrapped breakfast burrito into a large ZipLoc bag and seal. Place in the freezer to use as needed.
Heat in the microwave on defrost to defrost it and then, heat it through.

Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies are peanut butter cookies that have been stuffed or in other words wrapped around a bite-sized candy bar. We have used different bars, but we love to wrap the peanut butter cookie dough around a bite-sized Snicker bar. Chocolate and peanut butter go together perfectly. A way to make these even more simply…use Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix.
Stained Glass Sugar Cookies are so pretty. We used flower cookie cutters and then cut out the center and placed broken up Jolly Ranchers in the center to give it the stained glass look. They were super fun to make and eat. Use parchment paper on your cookie sheet to make removing the cookies easier.
German Chocolate Cookie Bites are so easy. They are not made from scratch, however, you could make your own cake. This recipe uses a German chocolate cake mix and a container of German chocolate frosting. Simple to make and delicious to eat. Have fun baking!
