Ingredients Needed For Strawberry Cheesecake Jell-O Salad:
2 cups water
4.6 ounces cook and serve Jell-O vanilla pudding
3 ounces Jell-O strawberry gelatin
3.4 ounces instant Jell-O cheesecake pudding
3/4 cup milk
8 ounces Extra Creamy Cool Whip whipped topping
4 cups strawberries, cut into bite-size pieces.
Instructions For Strawberry Cheesecake Jell-O Salad:
1. Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil. Then, remove from the heat and stir in vanilla pudding and strawberry gelatin. Refrigerate over night or until set (at least four hours).
2. When strawberry Jell-O is set, make the Jell-O Cheesecake Pudding with only 3/4 cup of milk. Whisk to combine.
3. Use a whisk to stir the strawberry gelatin mixture. Do not over whisk-you do not want the Jell-O mixture to be runny. If this mixture is runny, your salad will be runny too (both taste great-just depends on how thin you like your Jell-O salad). Add this mixture to the cheesecake pudding and stir to combine.
4. Fold in Extra Creamy Cool Whip whipped topping.
5. Fold in strawberries and refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with extra fresh strawberries to garnish, if desired and enjoy!
