Carne Asada Tacos:
The flap meat to make these Carne Asada Tacos can purchased at most grocery stores. They will have a different flavor depending on the store you purchase it from. We have been happy with all of the ones we have tried. Make sure the flap meat is seasoned.
Guacamole:
Guacamole is such a great side/condiment/dip. We love it with tortilla chips, on burgers, tacos, brats, Copycat Crunch Wraps, Chicken Tostadas, Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad, and taco salads. Where it is made with a lot of vegetables, I don’t feel bad about eating it often!
Chipotle Pasta Salad:
Southwest chipotle pasta salad goes well with barbecues and family get-togethers as well as family dinners. I like to serve this with breadsticks during the summer as a meal. Also, we like to eat this with grilled chicken or beef-especially Carne Asada.
Baked Corn on the Cob:
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Ice Cream Sandwiches:
