Ingredients Needed For Chipotle Pasta Salad:
pasta-cooked, drained, and rinsed
grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
cilantro leaves, chopped
green pepper, diced
red onion, diced
olives, sliced
corn, drained
black beans, drained and rinsed
sour cream
milk
lime juice
1.13 ounce package Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade
chili powder
cumin
garlic powder
Instructions for Chipotle Pasta Salad:
- Prepare vegetables as the pasta cooks.
2. In a large bowl, place cooked pasta, halved tomatoes, chopped cilantro, diced green pepper and chopped red onion, sliced olives, drained corn and drained and rinsed black beans. Set aside.
3. Make the dressing: in a smaller bowl, mix sour cream, milk, and lime juice until smooth, with a whisk. Add the package of Chipotle seasoning, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Then, stir to combine well.
4. Pour dressing over pasta, vegetables, and beans. Mix well.
5. Chill and serve. Enjoy! 😊

Ingredients
- 16 ounces pasta boiled, drained, rinsed in cold water
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped (mostly the leaves)
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 cup red onion diced
- 1 6 ounce can black olives sliced
- 1 15.25 ounce can corn drained
- 1 15 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 1.13 ounce package Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
