Carne Asada Tacos are the best! The meat is seasoned with delicious spices. Then, we top the meat off with our favorite taco toppings. This may just end up being a family favorite!

We were introduced to these Carne Asada Tacos many years ago by some good friends. The meat is so delicious. I love to eat it cold the next day, too. We have tried carne asada meat from a couple different stores. Rancho Market is one that we like.
Here is some GREAT news. As Carne Asada has become more popular, you can purchase it at many different grocery stores. We have tried many brands of this beef. We haven’t found any that we didn’t like. You have got to try this beef-it is so good!!
Is grilling a favorite for your family like it is for mine? We love summer, grilling, and eating outside. However, even though it is cold in the winter, we still grill. We just don’t eat outside. I am not the one who uses the grill-it is my husband. I am very happy he likes to eat and grill meat and vegetables as much as he does because, I still get to have delicious grilled food all year long! The grill gives meat and vegetables the best flavor!
Ingredients Needed For Carne Asada Tacos:
Carne Asada-already seasoned flap meat. I always buy too much (then I can eat it cold the next day).
Taco size flour tortillas
Taco Toppings:
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Limes to squeeze over the meat
Onion
Cheese
How to Make Carne Asada Tacos:
Buy the meat already seasoned at most grocery stores. If not, a Mexican market should have it. (or now Lawry’s makes a great seasoning for carne asada-see above link)
Grill the meat until cooked through. Then, cut it into pieces.
Place meat on a tortilla and top with any or all of the toppings and enjoy.
Note: this meat is good the next day, too. Just re-heat it. I actually love it the next day cold with a little lime juice over the top.
