This Easy Baked Corn on the Cob recipe works so well! It is so simple to make-just spread on the butter, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper and place them in the oven.
Welcome to our family recipe blog. We are so glad you are here. You will find many easy family friendly recipes here. This recipe is so simple. I love that I didn’t have to watch a pot to make sure the water didn’t boil over. I put the corn in the oven and went outside to talk to my family as my husband grilled the meat. Also, I didn’t have to deal with a squished and melted stick of butter after everyone rolled their corn on top of it. 😊
