Kids love tater tots-we hope they will love this tater tot casserole too. This has always been one of our favorites.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1/2 cup Kirkland Bacon Crumbles
2 cups cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack or one cup of each. (I used cheddar)
24 ounces tater rounds or tots
1 can green beans, drained
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and diced onion.
2. Drain fat if there is any.
3. Add soup, water, and Bacon Crumbles. Mix well.
4. Carefully fold in tater tots, green beans, and cheese.
5. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.
