Ingredients Needed For The Best Chicken Marinade:
4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoons paprika
3 Tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons oregano
1-2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions For The Best Chicken Marinade:
1. Mix all ingredients-except the thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts-in a large ZipLoc bag. Mix well.
2. Place thawed chicken breasts in the bag and seal tight. Rotate bag to coat chicken.
3. Refrigerate the chicken for at least eight hours. I like to marinate overnight. Remove chicken from the bag.
4. Grill chicken breasts to 165 degrees, internal temperature and no longer pink. Do not over cook. Enjoy with grilled, baked or sautéed veggies or salads!
You can mix the marinade in a ZipLoc or in a bowl.

- 2 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1-2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Add marinade ingredients to a large ZipLoc bag. Mix.

Add chicken breasts to the ZipLoc bag and seal the bag. Rotate bag to coat chicken.
