Mini Hashbrown Squares
These Mini Hashbrown Squares are so convenient and so cute! I love that I don’t have to stand over the stove cooking them either! You just put them in the oven and they come out perfectly crisp and ready to be enjoyed.

Ingredients:
5 cups hashbrowns
3 tablespoons butter, melted
salt
pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all above ingredients. Toss well to make sure the hashbrowns get coated evenly.
In the Pampered Chef Brownie pan, evenly disperse the hashbrowns into each cup.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
