This Steak Stir Fry recipe is delicious! This is one of my favorite dinners to throw in the weekly rotation. I love the sauce on the steak and vegetables and I already want to make this again! We hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients Needed For Steak Stir Fry:
2 lbs boneless steak, sliced into thin strips
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 garlic clove, minced
Vegetable oil for skillet
16 oz. Premium Stir Fry, thawed
1/2 cup onion
Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions For Steak Stir Fry:
In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and garlic. Add the cut up steak to this and toss to coat.
In a skillet, add a small amount of vegetable oil and add beef. Cook until done. Transfer to a bowl and set to the side.
In the same skillet, add the stir fry mixture and onion. Cook until tender.
Add the beef back into the skillet.
In a small mixing bowl combine 1 tablespoon corn starch, 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Mix well. Pour into skillet and cook for about 4 minutes.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
