Garlic Lemon Butter Tilapia


This Garlic Lemon Butter Tilapia tastes so light and fresh, it is sure to become a favorite! I used my favorite toaster oven to bake these because I love how quick it heats up and how it doesn’t make my whole house sweat during the summer like the normal oven! I hope you love it.

Ingredients:

2 tilapia filets, thawed

2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Like a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray. Mix butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Spread over both sides of tilapia filets.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes depending on the size of your filets.
